They don't mean it!

Kalupur vegetable market is one of the famous hubs to buy lush green vegetables specifically in wholesale. The hub has both covered and uncovered stalls. From the early morning the sellers start arranging their stalls. The place of the stalls are fixed. Even the canvas sale are adjusted dominantly. The place by its nature is extremely crowded as soon as the night lifts its least dark curtain from the Ahmedabad city; peddlers, auto-rickshaws, walkers storm into the market.  Most of the people seem haggling. The buyers want to buy most economic and fresh vegetables; the sellers want to sell it in bulk with desirable rates. And thus starts the fascinating mode of communication. Fascinating in a sense that all want to do business without bearing slightest loss on their side.
Like any other open market this one too runs on the rush dealings. Language plays a vital role in doing business here. "Hey Mai, its 30 rupees per kilo take it and leave. I have other customers to deal with too." Although one would find not many waiting upon this seller. The customers too don't lag behind. They often shout loud enough and "hey put that down, not in the scale. I am leaving" And starts walking away. Sometime abuses are exchanged. At one point one would at once be hopeful to see a brawl which never ensues. In spite of such harsh terminology the deals do get complete. Which is why one would be prompted to say "They don't mean it."
